"How bad is LA Fitness - Grandview you ask!? Today Aug 20 it was cooler outside than inside! The air conditioning at this place has been down since ... well - since most users can remember. Clearly the management does not care! Ask the manager if you can. She is either gone or in the phone to g$& knows who."

"I like this gym and have been a member for almost a year. However, sometimes the staff members (or maybe it's one or two guys in particular) can really be too pushy. I don't know if this is an attempt at flirting, customer service or what, but I really don't need anyone asking me about what I'm planning to do to work out, teasing me about it, or suggesting that they're going to join me. It makes me really uncomfortable. I'm one of those gym goers that just wants to get in, do my thing, and leave. I don't want a trainer and I don't want advice and I don't want anyone trying to pick me up or whatever this is. Greet me on the way in, then leave me alone!"

"This facility on Hilliard-Rome Rd is of the opinion that women are allowed in the men's locker room. I have personally experienced this 3 different times. Once there was a cleaning woman in the men's locker room that was doing more observation than cleaning. A second time there was a woman in the men's sauna. Today there was a woman sitting in the men's locker room of which management is of the opinion that this is acceptable and there is nothing they can do to keep people of the opposite sex from using a locker room that does not agree with their sex at birth. Management are a group of nice people but, they sure have this one wrong. I will be looking for a new facility that is more in line with my beliefs. I really like the facility and convenience to my home. But my Christian beliefs are not in line with this facility."

They can progress and regress each part of the training to provide a customized workout more tailored to each participant’s fitness goals. We focus on total-body transformation, starting with foam rolling and dynamic warm-ups, progressing through power and strength training, and finishing with a high-intensity burn phase.
