"The store was listed as open until 8pm, my phone died and would not turn back on, I was having a crisis and I could not reach anyone I know. I went to the t-mobile store, I arrived at 7:12pm, the cashiers watched me at the door then I knocked for them to tell me they decided to close an hour early.\n\nI tried to tell the person who opened the door that I just needed to buy a phone and he said he couldn't he was trying to get home early. \n\nI'm frustrated and stranded, and turn away, then he has the nerve to call me rude. \n\nI just asked for help and you told me no, but I'm the one that's rude?\n\nA pox on this store."

See “Mobile device management (MDM)” in the iOS Deployment Reference. Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. If the issue persists, you can try resetting all settings on your iPhone.
